With our new ownership by the Black Bear Sports Group, we have direct relationships at all levels of junior hockey with the Youngstown Phantoms (USHL), Maryland Black Bears (NAHL) and Team Maryland (EHL). Our Midget aged players have the opportunity to practice and play with these teams during the course of their season, while also receiving valuable exposure and feedback from the junior coaches.
Our staff also has existing relationships with numerous NCAA coaches throughout North America, as we have helped hundreds of our players find a home at the appropriate “next level” along their development path. Our coaches and staff are experts in their field, as we have years and years of experience advising our families as they navigate this sometimes challenging process, while earning the trust of teams and coaches at every level.
18U Premier
This team will receive:
- Three full ice practices per week
- 50+ games including 7 showcases/tournaments, league games, playoffs, districts and nationals
- All league and tournament/showcase fees included
- Member of AYHL and Eastern Exposure Showcase Series
- Throughout the season, players will have the chance to skate with NAHL Maryland Black Bears and/or USHL Youngstown Phantoms
- 10 hours of Spring/Summer practices
- August training camp

CONCUSSION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
- Exclusive partnership with Virtua Health provides awareness, education and testing for families and coaches
- Pre-season baseline neurocognitive testing for all players ages eleven and older
- Priority appointment scheduling with Virtua doctors, for any injury, if needed
- This Program was created in an effort to optimally manage concussions during the season in a proactive manner, to keep our children as safe as possible
Apparel Package
All players will need to purchase our team apparel package, which includes:

- Work-Out Shirt & Shorts
The apparel package total cost is $625.
Coaches will inform the players on their team regarding other items that may or may not be mandatory for their particular team.
All players are required to wear Flyers Elite custom gloves. Orders will be taken during the fitting process.
