Alumni Update: Borgesi and Connors Named to BioSteel All American Game
The 2022 BioSteel All American Hockey Game will feature two alums of the Flyers Elite organization, Vinny Borgesi and Kenny Connors. The BioSteel All American features the top American-born prospects eligible for the 2022 NHL Draft and will be played on Monday, January 16 at 4:00 p.m. in Plymouth, MI.
Vinny Borgesi is having a great season with the Tri-City Storm of the USHL, appearing in every game this year while recording nine assists along with steady defensive play. This is Vinny’s second year with the Storm and has committed to play for Northeastern University.
Kenny Connors is currently tied for 13th for most points in the USHL while playing for the Dubuque Fighting Saints. Known for his two-way play at Center, Connors has averaged a point per game this season. Currently in his second season with the Fighting Saints, Kenny has committed to play for the University of Massachusetts.
